Extra-Curricular Activities

Brook Primary actively encourages participation in the numerous extra-curricular activities
organised by the school and its staff. They are an important part of our wider curriculum offer.
Recent examples of our many extra-curricular clubs include:

• Football
• Gymnastics
• Art
• Netball
• Lego
• Scooter Hockey
• ICT
• Dance
Sports providers also run regular activities. It is hoped that the children will take advantage of
these activities to broaden their experiences and education. We may need to ask for parental
support in transporting children to events. We also run our Out of School Club – Brook Buddies
each day after school.

Buddies Out of School Club

Brook Primary School offers Breakfast Club and After School Club provision ideal for busy working
parents. These are open to students from all year groups in our school. These clubs operate
Monday to Friday, during term time only.
Breakfast Club: 8am - 8:45am, includes breakfast.
After School Club First Session: 3:15am – 4.45pm.
After School Club Full Session: 3.15pm – 5.45pm
Children are able to choose from a variety of activities; from free play to planned activities. After
School Club also includes a snack, which varies from day-to-day.
