CONCERNS AND COMPLAINTS

If you are not happy about any aspect of school life, please make an
appointment to discuss your concerns. It is usually appropriate to communicate
directly with the staff member concerned either by letter, email to the
info@blanford.dduley.sch.uk, by telephone or in person. Many concerns can be
easily resolved by simple clarification or the provision of information and we
anticipate that most issues can be resolved informally. In the case of more
serious concerns it may be appropriate to talk to the Key Stage Strategic
Leaders, Deputy or Headteacher. If the matter is still unresolved and you
wish to pursue the matter more formally, in writing, then please see a full copy
of our Concerns and Complaints Policy on our website.
If you are unhappy about the teaching programme, curriculum, or Religious
Education in School, you may make a complaint to the Local Education
Authority who have a formal complaints procedure for this purpose.
