School Uniform and PE Kit

 Children from Reception should wear the school uniform. Nursery children are encouraged to do
 so too to feel they are a part of the whole school but are not required to. We ask that all children

    have indoor shoes/ plimsolls that are kept in school and worn when inside and have outdoor
shoes to wear when outside. Our children take part in weekly PE sessions. Reception children are

   required to wear the school PE Kit (see school uniform policy for further details) and Nursery
                        children are encouraged to wear suitable clothing on PE days.

  We ask that children have spare clothes kept in a carrier bag on their peg in case of accidents.

                                               Information about EYFS
The Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) sets standards for the learning, development and care
of children from birth to 5 years old. All schools and Ofsted-registered early years providers must

   follow the EYFS, including childminders, preschools, nurseries and school reception classes.
          The principles of the Early Years Foundation Stage are grouped into four themes:

The environment plays a key role in supporting and extending children development & learning.
