How to select your subjects using Microsoft Forms:

o Click on the link that has been sent to you via Microsoft Teams

1. Select the subject that you wish to study in each of the three blocks on your pathway

2. In block B, please select one reserve choice. In block C, please select two reserve choices
3. Press ‘submit’, which is at the bottom of the Microsoft Form

Pathways forms are available from the school reception if you are unable to access a computer/the internet.

website by selecting the ‘Our Community’ tab and going to ‘Year 9 Pathways’.
