JEWELLERY

Children are not allowed to wear any jewellery for school except pierced
earring studs and watches. Please note that piercings are NOT allowed for
any other body part (eg. tongue, belly button, nose, eyebrows etc) and children
cannot attend school with these types of piercing. These must be removed for
all physical education, games and swimming lessons. If not removed, the child
will miss their entitlement to the PE curriculum. Staff are not responsible for
the removal of earrings or the safe keeping of any item. The school cannot
be responsible for any loss or damage. If you wish your child to have their
ears pierced then the beginning of the summer holidays is a good time.

                                  SCHOOL MEALS

The school kitchen provides excellent subsidised meals. The children are
offered a choice of three or four main courses and sweets each day, including
a vegetarian dish. Meals are served by our catering staff and children are
encouraged to have a well-balanced and nutritious lunch.

Our chosen school meals provider is Dolce, who offer a cashless system.
Parents can pre-order flexibly, either day by day or up to a full term in
advance. To help you make an informed choice for your child, they provide a
full ingredients list, recipe card and nutritional breakdown for each dish.
Payment is also made through the online system.

Please note that all children in Reception, Year 1 and 2 are entitled to
free schools meals as part of the Government’s initiative. However, if you
