Personal Development
Pupils are developed as ‘whole people’, becoming
responsible global citizens whose attitude and behaviour
ensures that they make a valuable contribution to society
Houses engender a sense of team spirit, collaboration and belonging
(children wear house coloured t-shirts for PE)
Dedicated full-time Family and Pastoral Support Worker
Social events for children and their families (discos, bonfire, fairs) to
build a sense of community and shared enjoyment
Enrichment activities (paid for by voluntary funds and fund raising),
such as pantomimes, themed days and special visitors
Restorative approach to behaviour management
Jigsaw scheme provides structure for PSHE lessons
Forest School area and trained practitioner to work with all children
Curriculum drivers aim to support children’s personal development
