Quality of Education

          Early Years Foundation Stage

Future success starts here: carefully planned learning takes place as
the result of highly effective practitioners and a calm, well-resourced

                                  environment

A ‘less is more’ approach: large calm and neutral classroom; natural and open-ended
                                 resources; fantastic outdoor space

                            Parents’ contributions are actively sought
A careful balance of child-initiated learning and adult-led structured lessons results in

                                           excellent progress

     Continuing Professional Development

“Train people well enough so they can leave, treat them well
enough, so they don't want to.” (Branson, 2014)

Training opportunities extend beyond the mandatory, with a committed CPD budget
                      Regular PDMs (Professional Development Meetings)

               Learning Environment

A calm, purposeful and well-resourced learning environment
                  promotes and supports active learning

The environment is everyone’s responsibility: the standard you walk past is the
                                          standard you accept

Smart and tidy corridors and classrooms, with a grey colour pallet—calm and neutral
Classroom walls support learning; corridors showcase learning
Learning resources available to access independently
